TKcomm allows serial communications through the modem or printer port. It also allows for data transfers that include null characters and special handling for integer, longintegers, and bytes.
TKcomm provides for full configuration of the port (parity, baud, etc.) and complete control of buffers for handling the data. You can also specify data delimiters, timeouts, and transmit and recieve cycles.
This XFCN is most useful for controlling hardware devices.
